Rock Bottom: Heather Locklear Arrested AGAIN For Attacking Cop & EMT

Has Heather Locklear finally reached rock bottom? The out-of-control actress, 56, was arrested again late last night, RadarOnline.com can confirm.

According to Ventura County Sheriff's Office records obtained by RadarOnline.com, the former Melrose Place star was cuffed at 11:30 pm on June 24 for allegedly attacking a police officer and an emergency responder.

She was booked at 2 am this morning, and currently remains in Ventura County Jail on $20,000 bail.

The latest arrest comes just one week after Locklear was rushed to the hospital and held for three days on a psychiatric hold. She threatened to shoot herself, and attacked her parents.

She still is facing ten years in jail for allegedly beating a police officer in February. (She pleaded not guilty to the charges.)
