Heather Locklear was sent to the ER this Sunday after suffering an erratic meltdown and threatening to shoot herself. Now, RadarOnline.com has obtained the shocking audio from her 911 call.

In the disturbing dispatch audio, the responder is heard detailing the incident, saying the caller's daughter is trying to hurt herself, and is looking for a gun to shoot herself.

“She does not have access to any weapons,” adds the dispatcher. “She is agitated and violent.”

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the star went “crazy” and accused her fiancé, Chris Heisser, of cheating on her before her sudden outburst.

Captain Garo Kuredjian with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office told RadarOnline.com that deputies and Ventura County Fire officials responded to a medical call from Locklear’s Thousand Oaks home around midnight last night and quickly showed up to take her into custody.

“The patient required transport to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment,” Kuredjian said. “There was no criminal activity involved.”
