Harvey Weinstein Pleads Not Guilty To Rape, Criminal Sex Charges

Harvey Weinstein has pled not guilty to rape and criminal sex charges.

This Tuesday morning in Manhattan, the shamed film producer appeared before a judge to dispute his charges and enter his plea.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Weinstein, 66, was indicted on "charges of Rape in the First and Third Degrees, and Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree," according to Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr.

The indictment came after the disgraced Hollywood icon turned himself into NYC police on Friday May 25 after being accused of rape by two women.

He was previously accused of sexual harassment and misconduct by dozens of other females.

Weinstein's lawyer, Benjamin Brafman later told reporters that his client still vehemently denies he was involved in any non-consensual sexual relationships with any women. "Mr. Weinstein intends to enter a plea of not guilty," the attorney said at the time. "He intends to seek quickly to dismiss these charges. They believe they are constitutionally flawed and are nonfactual and at the end of the process, Mr. Weinstein will be exonerated."
