Chip and Joanna Gaines are in more trouble!
Earlier this week the famous couple was reportedly fined $40,000 by the Environmental Protection Agency for failing to properly remove lead paint on 33 homes. Now, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the Fixer Upper stars were also written up for violating a health code in one of their restaurants!
According to a Food Establishment Inspection Report obtained by Radar, Chip and Joanna’s bakery, Silos Bakery Co., in Waco, Texas received a three-point violation for failing to properly identify, store and use toxic substances.
“Sanitizer not labeled clearly in a spray bottle,” an inspector wrote on the document.

The food inspector visited the Southern bakery on May 1, 2018 to renew its permit.
According to the document, Chip and Joanna’s violation was corrected on site before they received a renewal.
The home remodeling duo has received a lot of backlash for their many businesses lately. Back in March, employees of their new Waco restaurant, Magnolia Table, slammed the couple for not being friendly owners and visiting the businesses they own.
Could it be that the married couple has other things on their mind? The two are expecting baby number five later this year.
