Renowned political commentator and Fox TV star Charles Krauthammer is dying, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In a heartbreaking letter to his fans, the 68-year-old revealed he has lost his battle with cancer and has only weeks to live.

“I have been uncharacteristically silent these past ten months,” Krauthammer wrote in a heartbreaking letter published by Fox News this Friday, June 8. “I had thought that silence would soon be coming to an end, but I’m afraid I must tell you now that fate has decided on a different course for me.”

He went on to say that doctors found a malignant tumor in his abdomen weeks after he believed he was entirely healed of cancer and on the road to recovery.

“However, recent tests have revealed that the cancer has returned,” he continued. “There was no sign of it as recently as a month ago, which means it is aggressive and spreading rapidly. My doctors tell me their best estimate is that I have only a few weeks left to live.”
