Angelina’s Hell: Brad Pitt Wins Physical Custody Of Children In Shocking Court Order
Jan. 4 2019, Updated 10:19 a.m. ET
Brad Pitt will have custody of his children this summer after nearly two years of fighting estranged wife Angelina Jolie, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned from court documents.
According to Los Angeles Superior Court documents filed on June 6 and obtained by RadarOnline.com, Judge Ouderkirk ordered that the children, excluding 16-year-old Maddox, will spend significant time with their father Pitt from June 1 until August 10.
From June 8 until June 17, Pitt will spend four hours per day with at least one of the younger children — Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, or twins Knox and Vivienne, 9 — in the U.K., where Jolie is filming Maleficent.
Drop-offs will take place at a luxury hotel outside London, and a doctor will be present to supervise the visits.
From June 27 to July 1, at least one of the children will spend ten hours per day with Pitt.
Between July 8 and July 14, the doting dad will have custody of the minor children for an entire four-day period.
The actor also has the option to enroll the children in a “transitioning families” program during this period.
On July 21, the children will return to Los Angeles to stay with Pitt at home — but are expected to return to the U.K. on July 29.
On August 11, the kids will return to L.A. again with their father.
The judge ordered Jolie to give Pitt the children’s cell phone numbers, and forbid her from monitoring their digital conversations with their father.
For further custody arrangements, a review hearing will take place the week of August 13.
While the younger children are all subject to the custody order, Maddox’s “preference” will be “primary” in determining his arrangements with Pitt, due to his “age and maturity,” Judge Ouderkirk ruled.
According to the documents, Jolie arranged a phone call and face-to-face meeting with doctors and all the children to discuss the upcoming summer custody schedule earlier this month.
“In both the telephonic and the in person meetings, Petitioner shall tell the Minor Children and Maddox that the court has determined that not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them, the court has determined that it is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother,” Ouderkirk ordered in the filing.
A spokesperson for Jolie responded to the latest ruling in a statement to RadarOnline.com:
“This misleading leak is not in the best interests of the children. From the start, Angelina has been focused only on their health and needs, which is why it was so important that this last court hearing be conducted privately. It’s deplorable that someone, for their own selfish reasons, leaked selective portions of the confidential and sealed court record to create an inaccurate and unfair picture of what is really happening.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jolie and Pitt split in September 2016 after an epic fight on an international flight.
