Audrina Patridge's Ex Corey Bohan Denies Her Claims He's Harassing Her

Audrina Patridge's ex-husband Cory Bohan continues to deny claims that he is still harassing her, according to court documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.

The former The Hills star, 33, split from BMX rider Bohan in September 2017 and filed a restraining order against him -- and it's been a bitter divorce and custody battle over their daughter ever since!

Patridge had previously asked a judge to fine Bohan $4,030 within 10 days of a court order for allegedly failing to provide all of their correspondences concerning their girl Kirra Max, 1.

Now, in a June 12 affidavit obtained by RadarOnline.com, Bohan said he has only communicated with Patridge via the website “Talking Parents,” a service that keeps records of conversations.

Firing back against Patridge's claims, Bohan said in the court document, “During my deposition, I testified that I had a new phone, and did not have any text message communications with Petitioner (Patridge) on my new phone. I further testified that Petitioner and I have an order to communicate on Talking Parents and that all communication between me and Petitioner has been through that website."

In that deposition, Patridge’s attorney asked Bohan if he believes his texts would exonerate him from the reality TV star's claims that he was harassing her.

Bohan tried to affirm no harassment by pointing out, “I mean, they’re just back and forth text… .”

On Feb. 7, Patridge had filed a fourth amended request for a temporary restraining order on Bohan, which was granted by a judge.

The motorcycle champ was ordered to stay at least 100 years away from Patridge and their daughter.

Bohan also was forced to move out of their house in Irvine, Calif., and can’t even see their Yorkie dog, named Lady!

The BMX star was also ordered to pay for therapy visits for their daughter for 12 weeks, which would be paid through child support.

In the explosive court case, the judge also ruled after Bohan and their daughter complete the 12 week sessions, visitation pick-ups must be made at the Irvine Police Department.
