The Cars Rocker Ric Ocasek And Wife Paulina Porizkova Split

Supermodel Paulina Porizkova has announced that she and her The Cars rocker husband Ric Ocasek "peacefully separated" last year.
She took to Instagram on Wednesday, April 2, to post a note which read, about herself and their two sons, "Our family has always been — and still is — a well-built car. When the four of us are together, we can go wherever the road takes us. But as a bicycle, my husband and I no longer pedal in unison. So we're ditching the bicycle."
Porizkova, 53, revealed she and Ocasek, 74, have actually been separated for the past year, and that while photos of the family of four are still "happy family photos," they are no longer a couple.
"The love we have for one another is so wide and deep it's practically tangible, and that sort of love can never disappear," she wrote. "Expect to keep seeing happy family photos."
Porizkova was Ocasek's third wife.
The two married in St. Barts in 1989 and have raised sons Jonathan and Oliver together. Their marriage had been one of the longest in the rock world.
But now the road has ended for the still-stunning Porizkova, known for being a former judge on America's Next Top Model, and her "Just What I Needed" singer/guitarist The Cars frontman husband.
