Sixth Woman Accuses Sicko USC Gyno Of Sexual Assault — See Disturbing Court Documents
Another woman filed a civil lawsuit on Tuesday against a University of Southern California gynecologist, and RadarOnline.com exclusively obtained court documents detailing the alleged pervert's sick sexual assault.
USC student Daniella Mohazab said she saw Dr. George Tyndall around March 2016 for a routine medical test, according to the lawsuit.

In the May 22 affidavit, Mohazab alleged the longtime campus gynecologist repeatedly made sexual comments even before the actual exam, which was conducted by Tyndall without the presence of a chaperone.
Mohazab is the sixth victim to have come forward since a Los Angeles Times article published on May 21 revealed Tyndall has been accused of groping and inappropriately examining other students under the pretext of medical care. University officials have since received overwhelming criticism concerning the growing allegations against Tyndall, who was suspended on June 2016.
USC officials have acknowledged the university has received complaints about Tyndall since the early 2000's.
In her civil complaint, Mohazab said Tyndall put his two fingers into her vagina without a glove and "felt around" for a few minutes.
"Dr.Tyndall didn't use a speculum or any other medical tool," wrote Gloria Allred, Mohazab's attorney, in the May 22 affidavit.
"Dr.Tyndall said that this was also to make sure it won't hurt when the swab is inserted. He then stuck the swab into the Plaintiff's vagina and smiled. He then put the swab in a vial and said they were done."

Mohazab is suing Tyndall, the university and others for sexual battery, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, gender violence. The other female victims who have come forward have launched similar allegations against the doctor.
In a press conference Tuesday with celebrity attorney Gloria Allred by her side, the graduate student described Tyndall as having a "creepy smile" and making her feel "extremely uncomfortable and violated."
Mohazab said that when Tyndall learned she was Filipina, he remarked that Filipina women are "good in bed."
The case is eerily similar to Larry Nassar's sexual assault scandal. The USA Gymnastics national team doctor was sentenced to 40 to 175 years in prison by Judge Rosemary Aquilina in January 2018 after over 100 women gave their harrowing accounts of the abuse the suffered at his hands. Olympic athletes including Jordyn Wieber, Aly Raisman, Gabby Douglas and McKayla Maroney all accused Nassar of abusing them.
