A shocking new video shows the aftermath of a violent plane incident in which a passenger allegedly punched a service dog and a pregnant deaf woman, RadarOnline.com has learned.
During a May 18 Frontier Airlines flight en route from Colorado to Orlando, Florida, Matthew Silvay — who is also deaf — got into an altercation with Timothy Manley.
Silvay accused Manley of punching his dog, Zariel, in the face and his fiancée, Hazel Ramirez, in the stomach after the dog woke up towards the end of the trip and stood up.

In the video, Silvay is seen seemingly enraged at Manley.
Ramirez explained that Silvay "yelled at the man to tell him 'never touch any dogs or service animals.'"
After the couple exited the plane, the footage showed Silvay blocking the door and refusing to let Manley through to the airport until police arrived.
A few minutes later, Silvay is seen shoving Manley to the ground.
Meanwhile, Ramirez — who is 20 weeks pregnant — told police that "she was punched in the stomach by Timothy," and her two small children "were touched by Timothy," according to the police report.
Manley has denied the claims he assaulted either the dog or Ramirez.
"I pushed her the dog away," he insisted, adding that he did so because of his wife's allergies. "I wouldn't call it a punch."
The incident was handed off to the FBI, who will determine if there will be any charges.
