Victory! Blac Chyna Scores Win Against Rob Kardashian & His Family In Bitter Legal Battle

Blac Chyna has scored a legal victory against Rob Kardashian and his family, new lawsuit documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal.

According to Los Angeles court documents filed on May 11, the judge ruled the model mom, 30, is allowed to proceed with her lawsuit claiming monster momager Kris Jenner and her children defamed her and portrayed her in a "false light."

The waring exes are battling in court over the cancellation of their show, Rob & Chyna, which she blames on her baby daddy and his mom Jenner, and sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.

Chyna alleged Rob, 31, and his sisters made false statements when they claimed Chyna was physically abusive towards Rob. (In a separate but related suit, Rob said Chyna "violently" attacked him on December 2016.)

The judge in the May 11 documents ruled Chyna's claims of malice against the Rob and his sisters was still "adequately pled" because Chyna still has a valid cause of action.

Whether or not Chyna physically abused Rob, her allegations "must be accepted as true" for the purpose on ruling on the Kardashian-Jenner clan's objection, according to the latest affidavit.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Chyna initially filed the scathing lawsuit last October.

"Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season," the documents stated.

Rob's lawsuit against Chyna, filed last September, is still ongoing.
