After celebrating the new birth of her sister Khloe’s daughter, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are forging ahead with plans for another baby, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

“It’s always been a question of when, not if they’ll add to the family,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “They’re confident they can cope with this because of the support they have with childcare.”

Kimye welcomed their daughter via a surrogate earlier this year. Kanye is said to want a little boy this time around, and yes, they’ll go the surrogate route again – likely with the same woman.

“The plan is to have a bambino in the household by the end of the year, possibly even twins,” according to the insider.

Beside three-month-old Chicago, Kim and Kanye also have daughter North, four, and son Saint, two. And some believe baby number four could be a tipping point in their marriage.

“A lot of people think it’s crazy, since their marriage is hardly in the ideal place and they’re already struggling to cope with the demands of three kids,” the source admitted. “But they’re ignoring all reason and going with their impulse here.”
