Chicago wriggled around at the sound of her mom's voice and looked very healthy and happy with all the attention.
Kim and her husband Kanye West also have daughter North, four, and son Saint, two.
The reality star has had a busy week. She attended the birth of Khloe Kardashian's first child in Ohio before attending her 20-year high school reunion in Beverly Hills.
