Justin's reps have not responded to RadarOnline.com's request for comment.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported last month, Justin has another close family member in legal trouble. In 2010, Justin's brother Sebastien was arrested for driving under the influence and cocaine possession. Sebastien plead guilty, and was ordered to attend a drug court program. After successfully completing the program, the case was dismissed.
