Brooke Burke’s Bombshell Divorce Details Revealed In Shocking Court Documents

Brooke Burke filed for divorce in Los Angeles county telling the judge she wanted out of her marriage to David Charvet after nine years, according to the bombshell court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.
Citing “irreconcilable differences,” Burke, 46, revealed that she and Charvet, 45, separated on January 23, 2018, almost seven years after their St. Bart’s marriage in 2011.
The ex-Playboy model requested joint legal and physical custody of their two children, daughter Heaven Rain, 11, and son Shaya Braven, 10.
The brunette beauty didn’t rule out spousal support, noting she wanted to discuss that at a future time.
In Burke’s documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, she stated she was determining her separate assets including “miscellaneous personal effects and earnings and accumulations of assets of Petitioner before date of marriage and from and after date of separation.”
She also listed further assets: "There are additional separate property assets and obligations of the parties, the exact nature and extent of which are not presently known.”
Burke and Charvet were last spotted together on the red carpet at an Operation Smile in Park City, Utah in March, but she was not wearing her wedding ring.
