Bobbi Kristina's Ex Nick Gordon's Battery Charge Dropped In Domestic Violence Case

The battery charge against Bobbi Kristina's ex, Nick Gordon, for allegedly hitting his girlfriend has been dropped, RadarOnline.com has learned.
A criminal court clerk in Seminole County, Florida confirmed to RadarOnline.com the charge was dropped on Thursday, April 5.
The Blast was the first to report the news that the case will not head to trial because his girlfriend, Laura Leal, denied Gordon hit her under oath.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Gordon was arrested for battery on March 10 after Leal told police he hit her in the cheek "several times" and pulled her hair.
According to an arrest report obtained by RadarOnline.com at the time, Leal told police she did not want to press charges. However, police took Gordon into custody after officers observed her with a bloody lip.
Additionally, Leal wrote a letter to the judge claiming she was not in danger of Gordon. The judge, however, denied the request and slapped Gordon with a no contact order, banning him from having any contact with Leal.
On March 19, Gordon was arrested again for violating the no contact order after an anonymous caller alerted police that the couple was together. Although he is now free of the battery charge, Gordon is still expected to appear in court on April 6 for arraignment of the court order violation.
