More Shame! Temple University Takes Away Bill Cosby’s Degree After Guilty Verdict

Temple University has taken away Bill Cosby’s honorary degree, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In a statement on April 27, the Philadelphia-based university cited the 80-year-old shamed comedian’s bombshell guilty verdict for the decision.

“In 1991, based on his career achievements, Temple awarded an honorary degree to William Cosby. Yesterday, Dr. Cosby was found guilty by a jury of the felony of aggravated sexual assault.”

“Today the Temple University Board of Trustees has accepted the recommendation of the University to rescind the honorary degree.”

On April 26, Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple University employee Andrea Constand at his Pennsylvania home in 2004.

After the verdict, an enraged Cosby called the prosecutor an “a**hole” when he asked the judge to revoke the star’s bail.
