Is Bill Cosby faking his blindness? RadarOnline.com has learned the comedian was spotted walking to court with a faulty cane, despite his attorney’s former claims that he needs it in order to walk.

For years, the 80-year-old has been spotted relying on a cane as he’s argued in court that he is “legally blind.” But New York Post reporter Emily Saul was the first to notice the sad state of Cosby’s favorite sidepiece.

“Cosby's cane, an understated accessory that accompanies him everywhere yet never quite touches the ground, has been broken since last week,” she tweeted.

Accompanying photos reveal the cane appears to have been heavily duct taped together in the middle.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the Cosby Show star told the court in December 2015 that he suffers with vision problems due to glaucoma. He claimed this made it physically impossible for him to identify any of the accusers he allegedly drugged and raped.

“No man could possibly defend himself against a claim that he sexually assaulted someone he supposedly met once, half a century ago,” his legal team stated at the time.

Adding fuel to the fire, RadarOnline.com photographers caught the former Jello pusher waving the cane in the air outside of court, and walking without it!

Dr. Lillian Glass, a nationally recognized forensic expert told RadarOnline.com Cosby appears to be “definitely faking his blindness.”

“If he were blind he wouldn’t be able to focus on anything,” Glass added.
