Ex-Yankees Pitcher Esteban Loaiza Busted With 20 Kilos Of Cocaine And Heroin!

Celebrated ex-Yankees pitcher Esteban Loaiza was just busted for drug possession! As RadarOnline.com has learned from a NY Post report, the renowned baseball player was arrested this past Friday, February 9, in San Diego, CA. He was caught with over 20 kilograms of cocaine and heroin, according to police documents.
He is now being held in South Bay Detention Facility on $200,000 bail – though various outlets claim he may not be able to pay the fine.
As fans know, Loaiza pitched for 14 years in the major leagues. The Mexican-native played with the Yankees, Pirates, Blue Jays, White Sox, Nationals, Athletics and Dodgers, throughout his long career. Now, he is being labeled as a "drug kingpin!"
"This is a new one: Esteban Loaiza, drug kingpin. The second-winningest pitcher from Mexico in MLB history was arrested Friday with 20 kilos of heroin or cocaine, according to San Diego police records. He'll be in court Wednesday to face felony drug charges," tweeted MLB columnist, Jeff Passan.
"From the looks of his Instagram, Esteban Loaiza was in Chicago at SoxFest a few weeks back. His best season came in 2003 with the White Sox, when he went 21-9 with a 2.90 ERA and finished second in AL Cy Young voting to the late Roy Halladay," the reporter added.
Esteban Loaiza is set to appear in court this coming Wednesday.
