No Laughing Matter! Chevy Chase Involved In Road Rage Incident

Chevy Chase was reportedly kicked to the ground after he got involved in a road rage incident just outside New York City.

Chase, 74, claimed the trouble started on Feb. 9 while he was crossing the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge, also known as the Tappan Zee Bridge, in Westchester and a black pickup truck cut him off.

Chase believed the other vehicle had hit his, so he followed the driver, flashing his headlights.

The pickup truck eventually pulled over. Chase, who exited his car, noted that there was no damage to his car, but he said he wanted to “speak to him about his reckless driving.”

The Saturday Night Live actor allegedly told one of the pickup’s passengers, “If I were a lot younger I’d bust your nose,” after he reportedly gave him the finger.

Chase was then kicked in the shoulder and knocked to the ground.
