Things are getting nasty in the divorce battle between Shannon Beador and her estranged husband David!
The 54-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star and mother of three faced her ex in an Orange County Superior Court mediation session to hash out custody issues on Jan. 4, and RadarOnline.com exclusively obtained documents stating “a deal was not reached and further mediation may be necessary."

Though the court did not confirm the nature of the disagreement, a source close to the mom to Sophie, 16, and twins, Stella and Adaline, 13, said the former couple has "different views" regarding David's visitations.
According to the insider, David, 53, “wanted more time with the kids than they wanted with him. Those girls will always be ‘mommy’s girls.”
Despite the disagreements — and Shannon's dread over having to see David in court — the reality mom remains optimistic, the source insisted.

“Shannon does have faith that they will work their issues out in time."
As RHOC fans know, Shannon finally decided to leave David— who had an eight-month affair with a married family friend in 2015 — after they were unable to work out their issues on this past season of RHOC.
In addition to full physical custody, Shannon is also seeking spousal support from David.
They will return to court for a hearing later this month to discuss alimony and attorney's fees.
