Rapper Fredo Santana Dead Aged 27

Rapper Fredo Santana has died after suffering from a seizure.
Santana, 27, who was friendly with Drake passed away on Friday according to family members.
The Chicago born rapper was at his Los Angeles home when he died.
It is understood Santana's girlfriend found him dead on the floor around 11.30pm.
The rapper had been hospitalized recently for liver and kidney problems that he had been battling for months.
Santana openly talked about his problems with addiction in the past – drugs can trigger seizures.
Drake posted a tribute to his friend via social media – Santana leaves behind a 8-months-old baby son.
