In September 2014, the Federal Grand Jury indicted the siblings for failing to pay taxes on $8.9 million of income.

They were also accused of filing false tax returns with the IRS in relationship to Mike's businesses.

Then in April 2017, Mike was hit with more charges of tax evasion and structuring funds to evade currency-transaction reports. His manager brother was charged with falsifying records to obstruct a grand jury investigation.

The plea comes right before Mike is set to film Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. It was revealed earlier this week that Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Pauly "Pauly D" DelVecchio, Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Sorrentino will film in Miami.

Filming kicks off any day now, as Polizzi posted a photo of her husband Jionni LaValle and their two children Lorenzo and Giovanna with the caption, "Had an amazing family day today before Mama leaves for Miami!"
