Former 'RHOC' Star Lynne Curtin's Divorce Case Is Thrown Out

The curtain reportedly hasn't fallen on former The Real Housewives of Orange County star Lynne Curtin's troubled marriage. According to The Blast, Lynne is still married to husband Frank because a judge has thrown out her divorce case.

The legal action happened because Frank never appeared in court or responded to Lynne's divorce filing from 2012, in which she cited "irreconcilable differences." After slapping him with papers five years ago, Lynne apparently never appeared in court or took further action to move it forward, either!

So on December 8, as The Blast noted, the divorce was thrown out and Lynne is still officially married to her husband. The former Bravo star hasn't commented on the story. Lynne told RadarOnline.com in 2012, "After more than 20 years of marriage Frank and I have decided to go our separate ways. I love Frank but it was time to go out on my own."

Frank had financial troubles at the time and said to the Orange County Register about Lynne's divorce filing, "I'm not a willing participant in this. It hurts to even think about it or talk about it. Call me old-fashioned, but I take my vows very seriously.

"I'm deeply in love with my wife. Business is so bad, it has caused a lot of stress in my relationship. I love my wife. She's just not herself right now." The Curtins, who married in 1990 and featured their family on a few seasons of RHOC, have two daughters--Rachel and her troubled sister, Alexa, who has done porn and has had scrapes with the law.

RadarOnline.com exclusively obtained legal papers in which officials claimed Bravo-personality-turned-porn-star Alexa, 23, committed crimes, including petty theft, assault and battery.

he Orange County District Attorney charged that on Sept. 30, 2015, Alexa "did willfully and unlawfully steal, take, carry, lead, and drive away the personal property of MACY’s."

In another controversy, Lynne and Frank's daughter Alexa filed a civil lawsuit accusing an Orange County Sheriff of raping her in 2014. A jury awarded Alexa $2.25 million last year over the rape case.
