Justice For Kate? Chastain’s Domestic Violence Case Takes Shocking Turn

Kate Chastain’s domestic violence nightmare is moving toward an end, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

The Below Deck star was first charged with felony domestic violence by strangulation in June of 2016, but a Brevard County, Fla. clerk confirmed to RadarOnline.com that her case was downgraded to a misdemeanor last month.

Her courtroom battle began after her ex-girlfriend, Rocio Hernandez, told the police that Chastain attacked her during a drunken fight in their home. The incident happened after Hernandez filmed with Chastain for the Bravo show.
