Bill Cosby Faces Another Sex Assault Trial In Case Involving Teen

Bill Cosby may have just won a temporary battle against charges of sexual abuse, but the war is set to rage on.
RadarOnline.com can reveal that a California court has ruled the disgraced comedian must face a judge and jury in July 2018 over allegations he assaulted a teen.
In that case, Judy Huth claims that in 1974, when she was just 15, Cosby forced her into performing a sex act at the infamous Playboy Mansion.
The Los Angeles County Superior Court set Huth’s case for so far in the future because Cosby is expected to soon face another trial in the Andrea Constand lawsuit.
On June 17, a jury was unable to come to come to a unanimous decision on whether or not Cosby had sexually assaulted Constand in 2004 at his home in Philadelphia.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the former director of women’s basketball at Temple University alleges that Cosby, who turns 80 on July 12, drugged and took advantage of her while she was impaired.
