Bill Cosby has suffered yet another legal setback! Not long after his disturbing deposition was released to the media, RadarOnline.com has learned he will be forced to undergo another deposition from famed attorney, Gloria Allred.

Allred is representing Judy Huth in her case against the actor.

In a statement released Wednesday, she told Radar, "Today, I am extremely happy to announce that we have won a major victory in the case of Judy Huth v. William H. Cosby. In our case we represent Ms. Huth in a lawsuit alleging that Mr. Cosby committed acts of sexual misconduct on her at the Playboy Mansion when she was only 15 years old."

"Mr. Cosby, through his attorneys, has been trying to block Ms. Huth from moving forward for some time," Allred said. "His latest effort involved his lawyers filing a petition asking the California Supreme Court to review the laws under which prior rulings in this case were based."

"Through his lawyers Mr. Cosby argued that the law did not allow our client to cure alleged procedural irregularities in the filing of the suit by a prior attorney, not associated with our firm, who represented Ms. Huth when she filed the case. Ms. Huth subsequently changed attorneys and engaged our firm to represent her."

"Today we are happy to announce that the California Supreme Court has denied Mr Cosby's petition seeking review of Ms. Huth's case against him."

She added, "We had previously scheduled Mr. Cosby's deposition for June 26, 2015, in this case, but we were unable to take it, because Mr. Cosby filed his petition with the Supreme Court. Now that the petition has been denied, we plan to notice his deposition and we will seek to take it as soon as possible within the next 30 days."

"We are looking forward to Mr. Cosby answering questions under oath at his deposition and we will continue to seek justice for our courageous client, Judy Huth."

Cosby has faced severe backlash in recent weeks after is deposition in another case involving sex abuse claims from Andrea Costand was made public. In excerpts found in unsealed court papers, the comedian admitted to giving women Quaaludes for the purpose of having sex with them.

Despite the growing number of women who have come forward alleging rape, Cosby's wife is standing by her man.

Story developing.
