A former “Jane the Virgin” star says one of the richest people on the planet offered her money and fame for sex, RadarOnline.com has learned!
Greice Santo, who starred in the first season of the CW show, claimed that billionaire sports owner Daryl Katz repeatedly chased after her in 2015 while in Hawaii in 2015.
Katz even went as far as to offer the 24-year-old $20,000 for each time they had sex, according to a police report.
In the police report, Santo says she met Katz and his cousin, businessman Michael Gelmon, while at a Hawaiian photo shoot with Viva Glam magazine.
“Over the next couple of days both Katz and Gelmon talked about helping my career,” Santo wrote in her report. “They also spoke of the many connections Daryl Katz had, including his partnership with Joel Silver and Silver Pictures.”
Santo claimed that at first Katz offered to get her a big movie role, but then offered her straight up cash!
“I'm talking about millions,” said Katz according to the report, before allegedly adding, “This would help your family and you so you don't struggle.”
When asked what she would have to do for the money, Katz allegedly told her, “I’m looking for companionship and sex.”
Santo said Katz and Gelmon became “obsessed” with her after she turned down his indecent proposal.
But that didn’t stop her from continuing to keep in touch with him, she claims, even after he made his intentions clear.
Just one month later, Santo agreed to meet with Katz and Gelmon in Beverly Hills, after receiving several apologizes from them, she claims.
Santo says she was convinced their conversations would stay professional, but claims they quickly regressed when he again allegedly offered her $20,000 a day for sex, which would occur six times a month.
Santo says she told Katz, “I'm not a prostitute” and left the meeting.
Katz’s attorney denied her claims and issued a statement to Variety that says the allegations are “false, malicious and entirely without merit.”
Katz, 55, is the owner of hockey’s Edmonton Oilers, and a businessman who is worth an estimated $3.5 billion. He’s also a married man, with two teenage kids.
