Texas Flip and Move star Donna Snow Landers wants to move her estranged husband right out of her home!
The rising HGTV star filed for divorce on March 17, 2017, after 24 years of marriage, court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal. Among her demands, she requested that her estranged husband, Marshall Landers, be forcibly removed from their home by temporary restraining order.
Donna claimed that a “conflict of personalities” ruined their marriage, but said she believed that the former couple would be able to divide their estate together. She also listed that she has separate property from their community estate, and wanted the court to confirm that her soon-to-be ex was not entitled to any of her real estate. Donna then asked for reimbursement for maintaining Marshall’s separate property during their split.
Finally, she requested a temporary restraining order removing him from their joint home.
The order prohibits him from “communicating with her in person, by telephone, or in writing in vulgar, profane, obscene, or indecent language or in a coarse or offensive manner” as well as “threatening her in person, by telephone, or in writing to take unlawful action against any person” and “placing one or more telephone calls, anonymously, at any unreasonable hour, in an offensive and repetitious manner, or without a legitimate purpose of communication.”
Marshall is also prohibited from withdrawing money from their bank accounts for any expenses other than lawyers’ fees.
A Fort Worth, Texas clerk confirmed that a judge signed off on the temporary order, and a source close to the couple revealed that they are currently in court to find out if it will be made permanent.
Donna, 61, became popular on the HGTV real estate competition show alongside her sister Toni. She competed against Suzi Slay, who was previously arrested for drug possession.
