Big Breakup: Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom 'Taking Space' From Relationship
March 1 2017, Updated 12:50 p.m. ET
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are taking a break from their relationship, RadarOnline.com has learned.
"Before rumors or falsifications get out of hand, we can confirm that Orlando and Katy are taking respectful, loving space at this time," the stars' reps confirmed.
The couple dated for nearly a year, first getting together after they were caught flirting at the 2016 Golden Globes. But, as RadarOnline.com previously reported, it wasn't always smooth sailing for the A-list pair.
Things went south last year when Bloom was caught getting cozy with Selena Gomez at a nightclub, and again later when insiders said the Pirates of the Caribbean actor and "Rise" singer weren't on the same page.
"Katy said they were on different life paths and as much as she likes him, it's time to move on," a source revealed at the time. Insiders also told RadarOnline.com that Perry had confessed she was ready to have kids.

Despite their rocky period, the couple reunited by Thanksgiving, with Perry Snapchatting photos and videos of her romantic holiday with Bloom.
Since the holidays however, the two have been traveling separately for various projects.
They reunited at Vanity Fair's 2017 Oscars After-Party on Sunday, but only posed for a few photos and "didn't spend much time" together, a source told PEOPLE.
"They got together for a photo, but that was about it," the insider added.
