Hilary Duff's Ex-Husband Mike Comrie Investigated For 'Sexual Battery,' Cops Say

Hilary's Duff's ex-husband Mike Comrie is under investigation for sexual battery by the Los Angeles Police Department, RadarOnline.com can exclusively confirm.
"There is an investigation of an alleged sexual battery involving Mike Comrie," a Public Information Officer for the LAPD told RadarOnline.com. "No other details will be released because of the type of investigation."
The officer declined to confirm if police have questioned Comrie, 36, regarding the alleged incident because of the "nature of the case."
According to reports, the woman claims to have met Comrie at a bar on February 11 before going to his condo in West Los Angeles. She claims the former hockey player raped her several times.
The woman allegedly went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center immediately after the incident, where a rape kit was administered.
Comrie, who shares son Luca Cruz with Duff, insists the sex was consensual.
Duff, 29, was married to Comrie from 2010 to 2016.
Her mother Susan defended her ex-son-in-law exclusively to RadarOnline.com, saying that he is a "great guy" despite the allegations against him.
