Renee Graziano checked into a Florida rehab facility just last month, but RadarOnline.com can now exclusively reveal that she's already planning her trip back to Staten Island!

Mob Wives creator and executive producer Jennifer Graziano told RadarOnline.com that the VH1 star is still receiving treatment, but she will "for sure" be home for her grandchild's birth later this year.

Renee's son, AJ, is expecting his first child with Andrea Simeone. The couple revealed their baby's gender in a fun Instagram video, and VH1 reports that baby Graziano is due May 2017.

AJ and Andrea recently spent time with Renee, 48, in Miami — but no word on if she pressured them to get engaged again like she did on the show.
