Apollo Betrays Phaedra: 'RHOA' Divorce File Revealed!

Phaedra Parks claimed last month that her divorce from Apollo Nida was finalized, but RadarOnline.com has learned he is done playing alone with her storylines! The incarcerated RHOA husband filed his own divorce petition from jail, and RadarOnline.com has the latest details.
According to Fulton County, Georgia, court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Nida's Atlanta attorney filed the bombshell documents on Wednesday, December 1.
He's requesting joint custody and a fair split of the couple's assets, but there aren't that many left.
In December 2015, US Marshalls seized his 2014 Ducati motorcycle, Yamaha Raptor 4-wheeler, and other assets in the hopes of settling what was then a $1,949,925.67 restitution debt in his bank fraud and identity theft case.
He's currently serving eight years in that case in the Fort Dix prison. RHONJ husband Joe Giudice is also incarcerated there.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Nida, 38, has had no shortage of female company behind bars, though: He recently got engaged to New Jersey realtor Sherien Almufti, who's been visiting him behind bars.
Parks, 43, has not commented directly on the filing, but on Friday morning, she posted on Instagram, "Great faith is the product of great fights, great testimonies are the outcome of great tests, great triumphs are born from great trials, stumbling blocks are rugged steps to success and every opposition must become an opportunity to win!"
