Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have rekindled their romance and are racing down the aisle — but there’s one major roadblock that stands in the way of wedded bliss. RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the two just can’t agree on the terms of a pre-nuptial agreement.

“Kourtney wants a very strict cheating clause included in it that will render him homeless and broke if he strays,” revealed an insider.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the couple had broken up after Disick, 33, went off the rails and struggled through substance abuse  and embarked on a series of flings, including with Kendall Jenner-lookalike lover.

Since then, the two have worked through their differences and agreed to wed after 37-year-old Kardashian insisted on making her relationship with Disick official.

“It’s a difficult situation because he can’t argue against a prenup without undoing the trust he’s been trying to build up with her,” said the source.
