Charlie Sheen's Ex Brooke Mueller Checks Back Into Rehab

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has decided to check back into rehab after a series of meltdowns she was caught having in Salt Lake City — first at a bar, and another one that soon followed outside a gas station.
According to what Mueller's sister, Sydney Wolofsky, shared with Entertainment Tonight: "She was in the hospital for a little bit. I do know she woke up in the hospital after detox and my mom asked her what she wanted to do at this point, and she was the one that said, 'I want to go back into rehab, and I want to stay there for a while.'"
Her sister added, "I know that we're going to see her on Christmas. We're going to go over to the rehab facility to visit and just spend time with her."
"Brooke would not let us show up without the boys," Wolofsky said. "They miss her and really love her. They know what's going on, and that mom's getting help."
As RadarOnline.com reported, the 39-year-old was caught wandering barefoot outside both locations with her and Charlie's seven-year-old twins in tow.

A source went on to tell ET that Mueller's mom has been put on twin duty while her daughter receives help for "abusing prescription drugs."
