Tori Spelling's financial issues continue to worsen as her due date nears! After the pregnant actress was hit with an American Express lawsuit for over $87K this week, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the status of her other debts.
In July 2016, Spelling, 43, was slapped with a $259,108.23 tax lien. The Los Angeles County Recorder/County Clerk exclusively told RadarOnline.com that the lien has not been released.
But that isn't the only lien Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott, 49, have failed to pay off. Later in the month, the IRS hit them with a second lien for $707, 487.30 in unpaid taxes. The County Clerk confirmed the lien hasn't been released either.
E! News reported the American Express lawsuit was filed in a Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, October 31 after Spelling failed to pay $87,594.55 for one of her American Express Platinum credit cards.
American Express first sued Spelling in January for not paying her credit card balance of $37,981.97.
The parents to Liam, 9, Stella, 8, Hattie, 5 and Finn, 4 will soon have another mouth to feed, as they are expecting their fifth child together.
"It was a total surprise," Spelling told People. "But we always wanted a big family. I'm really excited."
Despite their financial issues, she claims the surprise pregnancy "happened at the best time."
"Nothing is ever perfect, but I'm so madly in love with my husband and with our kids," she confessed. "The idea of adding to that is such a blessing."
Will they pay off their debts by the time the baby arrives? Tell us in the comments.
