Jules Wainstein's divorce is getting even nastier.

After arriving in New York court today for a hearing, the former Real Housewives of New York star's estranged husband accused her of abusing drugs and even going to rehab, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

"Jules has a history of drug use and a stint at a drug rehab," Michael Wainstein's attorney announced to the judge. "It was for drugs and an eating disorder. It is within her history. Look no further than to watch TV to see the bag of drugs she carries around."

The mother of two was spotted on an episode of the Bravo hit carrying pill bottles, though the nature of the medication was unclear.

She vehemently denied receiving treatment in a drug rehab, though she has discussed her eating disorder troubles publicly in the past.

When the judge asked Michael for evidence of drug abuse, the businessman's lawyer said they could subpoena the couple's nanny.

Fortunately for Jules, the court took her side and shut down Michael's request for a mandatory drug test.

"I'm not supposed to simply order a drug test because an allegation is made, only if there is evidence," the judge said. "Do you have an affidavit from the nanny? No. So it's not appropriate."

Michael's lawyer insisted that his ex arrives home late at night, acts erratically, and leaves food on a hot stove after leaving the room. He even said the father has found her passed out on the balcony.

The judge called the claims "unsupported."

Michael first filed for divorce in July after Jules called the cops on her ex amid an altercation.
