'Falling Apart!' Kim & Kanye's Marriage Rocked By Mental Breakdown

In sickness and in health? Kanye West's mental meltdown and subsequent hospitalization have tested his marriage to Kim Kardashian like never before, RadarOnline.com has learned. As his treatment continues, will she stay?
"Kim seems to feel like her perfect family is completely falling apart right now," a source close to Kardashian told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
As previously reported, West, 39, was admitted to the UCLA Medical Center after suffering a bizarre mental breakdown on Nov. 21 at his trainer's home in Los Angeles, Calif. – less than two months after Kardashian was robbed for millions of dollars in jewelry at gunpoint in Paris on Oct. 3.
Celebrity fitness expert Harley Pasternak refused to answer questions about his most famous clients when pressed.
Since then, the 36-year-old mother of North, 2, and 11-month-old Saint West has kept a very low-profile, isolating herself from her adoring fans.
Although Kardashian has stood by her rapper husband's side at the hospital, the insider said, "Kim is obviously devastated, and this whole thing has really forced her to break out of her shell."
"Kim now knows that she has to be strong to take care of her kids whether she likes it or not," said the source.
"Aside from the fact that Kim and Kanye are both going into intensive therapy to deal with their separate issues, they are both going to be doing a lot of family therapy as well," the insider told RadarOnline.com.
"Kim remains hopeful, but her family is worried about if their marriage is going to survive this."
