Nick Gordon must pay Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate more than $36 million, after he was found "legally responsible" in the estate's wrongful death lawsuit, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford said in court, "To determine the value of a life is pretty difficult," but ultimately, he put the number at $36 million — less than the $50 million the family had originally demanded.
According to Atlanta's 11Alive News, that total includes $1.575 million for money her family says he stole from her account, $4.45 million in punitive damages, $15 million for the present value of her life (including future earning potential that will not be realized), $13.8 million for pain and suffering, and $1.37 million for assault and battery.
Gordon did not show up in court, and had been a no-show at the September ruling as well. Therefore, the judge said, all of the Brown estate's allegations were therefore ruled to be admissions by Gordon.

Judge Bedford issued the ruling after listening to emotional testimony from Bobby Brown, his oldest daughter LaPrincia, and other friends and family of Whitney Houston's dead daughter.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Brown's autopsy showed her to have ingested marijuana, alcohol, a cocaine-related substance, benzodiazepines and morphine.
Her estate claimed in court documents that Gordon had injected her with a "toxic" mixture that caused her drowning on January 31, 2015, and death at age 22 on July 26, 2015.
Gordon, 26, has fallen off the wagon in recent weeks, and was seen drinking at a local bar.
