Final Months Of Freedom! Abby Lee Miller's Getaways Before Fraud Sentencing Revealed

Abby Lee Miller is taking advantage of her delayed fraud sentencing with a series of vacations! RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained court papers revealing the Dance Moms star has booked multiple getaways prior to her day in court.
According to the order obtained from the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Miller requested permission to travel to Yucatan, Mexico from November 19 to November 25 and to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from November 26 to December 9.
Her final getaway before the January 20, 2017 sentencing will be in Atlantic City, New Jersey from December 10 to December 12 and New York, New York from December 12 to the 14th.
The dance teacher's motion to travel to the locations has been granted by the court.
Miller, 50, was initially scheduled to be sentenced on October 22, 2016, but her day in court was postponed an additional 45 days before the most recent delay was granted.

It was delayed for the final time because of a "scheduling conflict," as the government counsel was "unavailable on that date."
In June, the ALDC owner pled guilty to one count of not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets.
She faces up to 30 months in prison.
Prosecutors initially requested she spend five years in prison and pay $5 million in fines when she was charged with 20 counts of fraud in October 2015.
Miller has been spending her final months of freedom on relaxing getaways, as she was granted permission to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada; Tijuana, Mexico and more vacations over the summer.
