Abby Lee Miller doesn't have to worry about being thrown behind bars in 2016! The Dance Moms star's fraud case sentencing has been delayed yet again.

The dance teacher will now appear in court on Friday, January 20, 2017, Deadline reports.

"Due to a scheduling conflict, government counsel is unavailable on that date," court papers read. "The court has advised that Friday, January 20, 2017 is an available date for the court to sentence the defendant."

The court is waiting for Judge Joy Flowers Conti to approve the order.

Miller, 50, was initially scheduled to be sentenced on October 22, 2016, but her sentencing was postponed an additional 45 days.

In June, the Lifetime star pled guilty to one count of not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets.

She faces up to 30 months in prison.

Prosecutors initially demanded she spend five years in prison and pay $5 million in fines when she was charged with 20 counts of fraud in October 2015.

The delay could mean more vacation time for Miller, who booked 10 getaways over the summer to locations including Las Vegas, Nevada, Tijuana, Mexico and more.
