Meghan Edmonds Accused Of Drinking Beer While Pregnant During 'RHOC' Pub Crawl

Meghan Edmonds' husband has come under fire throughout her pregnancy for seeming distant when she was undergoing IVF treatments, but now fans are slamming The Real Housewives of Orange County star! On this week's episode, Edmonds was accused of drinking alcohol while at a bar with her co-stars.

During the their trip to Ireland, Edmonds set up a pub crawl for her co-stars while she met with a genealogist to learn more about her heritage. But before she left the pub, she was caught on camera holding a shot.

"You tried so hard to get prego now I'm pissed you're drinking," a fan tweeted at Edmonds during the episode.

Edmonds fired back at her haters by explaining why she drank at the bar.

"It's really upsetting to me that people would actually think I'd put my baby girl in danger by drinking alcohol," she wrote in her Bravo blog. "It was actually really fun for me to try to get everyone else drunk and I purposely excluded myself from certain activities in Ireland, knowing that the only thing the girls would be doing is drinking."

She continued, "Doctors will tell you that it is perfectly fine to have a glass of wine while pregnant, but I thought it was extremely nice of the Irish pub to offer me non-alcoholic beer to join in the fun. It was disgusting, by the way."

This isn't the first time Edmonds has gotten into trouble for "drinking" while pregnant.

In an earlier episode, she was spotted sipping from a champagne glass after announcing her pregnancy. After receiving criticism for the scene by viewers, the reality star explained how she was drinking ginger ale from the glass.
