On Hold? Javi Marroquin Reveals Why His Divorce From Kailyn Lowry Isn't Finalized Yet

Kailyn Lowry filed for divorce from husband Javi Marroquin in December, but why are they still officially married? The Teen Mom 2 baby daddy exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com details of their ongoing divorce drama.

"Delaware has been taking a little bit," he told RadarOnline.com at his manager Johnny Donovan's 30th birthday on September 30th in New York City. "Kail and I both did everything we needed to on our end. We need to get the decree back from the judge and we'll be done."

Marroquin, 24, explained how they have agreed to joint custody of their 2-year-old son, Lincoln.

As for child and spousal support, Marroquin revealed that he will not be paying Lowry, 24, "right now."

"We're good with that," he said of their current agreement. "Everything is moving forward."

But just because Marroquin isn't officially a single man doesn't mean he's not dating!

"Single life is fantastic," he said. "It's a lot of fun. I'm just having a good time. I'm not doing anything crazy, just hanging out with my guy friends. Nothing serious just having fun with whoever I come across."

Although Marroquin has had flings with friend Nancy Gisell and a mystery woman, he explained how he hasn't found "the one" after his ex-wife.

"I'm not ready, nor am I in a position to have anything serious," he said.

As for now, Marroquin is focused on remaining amicable with his ex-wife.

"My relationship with Kail is a lot better," he recently told RadarOnline.com of their repaired relationship. "We text, I annoy her all the time still. I have to go over there and get my mail and stuff like that so I see her all the time. She invited me for dinner yesterday with the boys."
