Jenelle Evans Blames Judge For Boyfriend's 60-Day Prison Sentence: 'She Hates David!'

Jenelle Evans' boyfriend was found guilty of violating a domestic violence protective order, but she insists her soon-to-be baby daddy did nothing wrong!

RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed that David Eason violated the order filed by his ex-girlfriend when he ran into his son at a grocery store and hugged him on March 24, 2016.

According to the arrest warrant obtained from the New Hanover Clerk of Court's Office, the child's grandmother and aunt became "frightened" when Eason "grabbed" his son after he was told to move away from him.

Eason, who is also father to daughter Maryssa from a previous relationship, was arrested on March 28 and was found guilty during his September 13th court hearing. He was sentenced to 60 days in prison.

But Evans, who is pregnant with their first child, Ensley Jolie, claims the judge had it out for her boyfriend.

"The judge found him guilty saying, 'An unwanted hug is a form of child abuse,'" she wrote in now-deleted tweets. "Same judge that granted the no-contact order and that wrote up his custody papers when he had no way to even fight against his ex, the judge even knew this. She hates David."

Evans even accused the judge of not listening to Eason's lawyer, claiming she "rolled her eyes" when he spoke.

"How respectful," she continued to slam. "Declared him unfit and he gets his daughter every weekend and allowed around my kids? Haha right."

With Eason appealing the ruling to the Superior Court, Evans insisted he "does not have to do the 60 days."

She then revealed that he plans to fight for custody of his son.

"The no contact order expires Oct 22nd then he will be filing for visitation for his son that his ex is refusing to let David see," she tweeted.

The protective order was granted when Eason became violent with his baby mama on April 19, 2014.

"The Defendant did assault redacted, a female person, by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, 'I will kill you b****,'" documents obtained from the New Hanover Clerk of Court's Office read.
