Kim Richards finally became a grandma — and her sister Kim still hasn’t reached out, RadarOnline.com has learned!

According to reports, Kim’s daughter, Brooke Wiederhorn, gave birth on Wednesday and Kyle has yet to congratulate either family member on their new bundle of joy!

Earlier in the week, Kyle, 47, retweeted a positive story about her niece (and Wiederhorn’s cousin), Paris Hilton.

RadarOnline.com previously reported that Kim, 52, and Kyle’s already rocky relationship took a turn for the worst after Kim’s dog bit Kyle’s daughter Alexia Umansky.

The sisters reconciled for a bit on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but the struggling-to-stay-sober star admitted that she will never get over their bitter war.

“The hurt won’t ever really go away,” she revealed to Andy Cohen in a tell-all interview.
