Abby Lee Miller's fraud charges are nothing compared to the crimes her co-stars have committed! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Sari Lopez was arrested for driving while intoxicated!
According to the Clerk of Court from the District Court in Washington, Lopez, whose daughter Areana competes on Miller's mini competition team, was arrested for a DWI on December 28, 1999.
The dance mom was found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in prison. The sentence was later suspended.
She was also ordered to pay $1,900 in fines for the crime.
But Lopez's legal troubles didn't end with her DWI arrest. As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, she was arrested for delivery and possession of heroin in 2003.
According to court documents obtained from the Cowlitz Superior Court in Washington, a confidential informant under the direction of the Longview Police Street Crimes Unit made a controlled purchase of the drug from her then-boyfriend. She was sitting in the passenger seat when the transaction was made.

On May 27 of the same year, Lopez was the one who sold the drug to the undercover officer.
Lopez was arrested on her way to the fourth transaction on July 11.
She pled guilty to the charges on July 25, 2003, and was sentenced to 33 months in prison and an additional 33 months in community custody. Lopez was also ordered to pay $2,920.50 in fines.
Miller has legal troubles of her own, as she pled guilty in June to one count of not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets. She could serve up to 30 months in prison for the counts.
