Abby Lee Miller is taking advantage of her final months of freedom with a lavish pre-prison getaway! RadarOnline.com has obtained documents revealing the Dance Moms star booked a vacation to Mexico only weeks before she will be sentenced for fraud charges.
According to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Miller requested permission to travel to Tijuana, Mexico from October 8th to October 9th.
She also requested to travel from Los Angeles, California to Dublin, California from September 23rd to September 25th.
"Upon consideration of Defendant Abigale Lee Miller's motion for permission to travel, and having received no objection thereto, it is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed that said motion is granted," the court papers read, approving her request to travel.
Over the summer, Miller, 49, booked ten getaways to locations including Las Vegas, Nevada; Tijuana, Mexico; Boston, Massachusetts and more.
Miller pled guilty in June to one count of not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets.
Prosecutors initially demanded she spend five years in prison and pay $5 million in fines when she was charged with 20 counts of fraud in October 2015.
Miller's sentencing was initially scheduled for October 22, 2016, but it was postposed an additional 45 days.
