Kelly Dodd's Shame: 'RHOC' Star Secretly Divorced First Husband
Years before Kelly Dodd married, divorced, and got back together with her husband Michael in reality TV's most volatile relationship, the Real Housewives of Orange County newbie was involved in another messy marriage, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
According to Maricopa County Superior Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 40-year-old mom was slapped with divorce papers by her first husband, Arizona lawyer Scott Christopher Silva, on July 12, 2004.

The couple was married for just three years when Silva determined the relationship was "irretrievably broken" and there was "no reasonable prospect of reconciliation," he stated in the filing. They did not have any children together.
Unlike her second divorce, Dodd's initial split went smoothly in court.
By October 14 of that year, the Bravo star and Silva had come to a settlement agreement.
"Neither party shall receive spousal maintenance," the consent decree of dissolution reads.
While Silva got his office suite, law firm, bank accounts and investments, Dodd received the couple's Scottsdale home and a 2001 Audi TT.
Dodd was held responsible for her own Neiman Marcus credit card debt.
Her last name was also restored to her maiden moniker, Meza.
But her name soon changed again. According to records, Dodd married her second husband Michael a year and a half later on April 15, 2006.

Of course, the explosive star didn't get her happily ever after the second time around, either.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Dodd filed for divorce in 2012. Two years later, she was arrested for assaulting him. (She was ordered to attend therapy and Alcoholic Anonymous meetings before the case was dismissed.)
He even accused her of bad mom moves, including ditching their daughter Jolie, now 9, to party around town.
Now, the couple is back to living together in Orange County with her mother, brother and little Jolie.
