Amber Heard may finally testify against Johnny Depp in their divorce/domestic abuse case, RadarOnline.com has learned.

She arrived at Depp’s attorney’s office with her attorney on Aug. 13, the day after explosive footage of the 53-year-old actor throwing a wine bottle and glass at her surfaced. The incident allegedly occurred months before Heard filed for a temporary restraining order against him.

However, reports claimed that the actress edited the footage to help her in court.

Heard, 30, has been trying to settle with Depp, but have not been able to come to an agreement.

Depp is also scheduled to testify about their 15-month marriage.

RadarOnline.com previously reported that Heard was supposed to sit for her deposition last week but was over an hour late and did not testify.

She was spotted partying with billionaire Elon Musk right before she was scheduled to testify. Meanwhile, Depp was caught partying with random girls right after news of their split broke.

RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that his family is “rooting” for him to reconcile with his ex-partner and mother of his childrenVanessa Paradis.

Story developing.
