Muhammad Ali's Final Photo Revealed

Despite his deteriorating health, Muhammad Ali continued to fight for causes near and dear to his heart up until his last days.

According to reports, his final photo was taken at a public appearance with singer Carrie Underwood.

The event was Celebrity Fight Night, which took place April 9 at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ. That night, Ali helped the charity raise a whopping $118 million for The Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center.

Fans were allegedly shocked at Ali's frail condition, which had worsened since his last appearance.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the legendary boxer, who announced in 1986 that he'd been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, passed away June 3 at the age of 74.
